1. Overview
This website is operated by IEP Decoded LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this site or engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Nature of Services
IEP Decoded LLC provides educational consulting and advocacy support, including assistance with:
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Section 504 plans
School records and documentation review
Meeting preparation and participation
Our services are designed to help families understand educational documentation, prepare effectively for school meetings, and make informed decisions on behalf of their children.
IEP Decoded LLC does not provide legal representation or legal advice.
3. No Legal Advice
All services and information provided by IEP Decoded LLC are educational in nature and do not constitute legal advice. IEP Decoded is not a law firm, and no attorney-client relationship is formed through the use of this site or our services. If you require legal advice or representation, you are encouraged to consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
4. Client Responsibilities
To receive the full benefit of our services, Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
Submit relevant documents in advance when requested
Actively participate in the consulting process
Retain final decision-making authority regarding their child's educational program
IEP Decoded LLC provides guidance and analysis based on the information you supply. The quality of that guidance depends on the accuracy and completeness of what is shared with us.
5. Scope of Services
Services are scheduled in advance and may require document review before any meeting or consultation.
A brief introductory call may be offered to determine whether our services are a good fit for your needs.
Services are limited to the scope agreed upon at the time of scheduling or outlined in any written service agreement.
Any work requested beyond the original agreed-upon scope may require a new agreement and will be subject to additional fees.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees will be communicated in advance or following review of submitted information, as appropriate.
Payment terms will be confirmed before the start of services.
Payment may be required in full before services are delivered.
Unpaid balances may result in a suspension or cancellation of scheduled services.
IEP Decoded LLC reserves the right to update its fee structure at any time. Changes will not affect services already confirmed and paid.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients are asked to provide at least [24 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined at the time of booking.
IEP Decoded LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide reasonable advance notice when possible.
8. Communication
Client communication may occur through:
Email
Scheduled calls or virtual meetings
Written summaries or document feedback
IEP Decoded LLC does not offer emergency, urgent, or on-demand services. Response times will vary and are not guaranteed within any specific timeframe outside of scheduled appointments.
9. Confidentiality
IEP Decoded LLC treats all client information as strictly confidential. Documents and communications will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by applicable law.
Clients are responsible for using secure methods when transmitting sensitive information (including school records or personally identifiable information about minors). IEP Decoded LLC is not responsible for the security of information transmitted through unsecured channels.

11. Limitation of Liability
IEP Decoded LLC provides guidance based on professional experience and the information provided by the Client. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes related to school decisions, IEP meetings, evaluations, placements, or any action taken by a school, district, or third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IEP Decoded LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website, including but not limited to decisions made by educational institutions or other parties.
12. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content published on this website — including text, guides, templates, and other materials — is the property of IEP Decoded LLC and is provided for general informational purposes only. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.
Use of this website does not establish a client relationship. A client relationship is only formed upon mutual written agreement and receipt of payment.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

IEP Decoded LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of this site or our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
